Summary 

According to the common practice, the main task of any government is improving socio-economic situation of the population. Achieving this goal requires from the government  developing and implementingan effective economic policy that is not limited to the goods and services produced alone. During the transition period, when market mechanisms and institutions are still in the process of formation, it is important developing the right economic policies. Fiscal stimulus is one of the most important factors in assessing economic growth. The latter is one of the most important economic levers are in the hands of the government, which on the one hand, determines the macroeconomic situation of the country, and on the other hand the means of influencing economic crises. Monetary security macroeconomic policy issues can play an important role in economic growth. Consequently, their role is important in the process of achieving both short-term and long-term economic equilibrium.
